You are right, I made a mistake,
the comapny I was talking about was Rocky Mountain Internet,
it should have been Rocky Mountain International,
I cannot even find a chart/history/quote for RMIL,
symbol not found comes up.

I thought the other companies did resume trading,
that's the way it looked when I studied the charts.

That's true. These steps need to happen.

1) MTEI prove the stated PR assets
2) SEC finds it satisfactory and lifts suspension
3) A MM (1) quotes the share price
4) Trade volume, trust, interest stay with MTEI
