YES. And he should be silenced. As a person who's been in front of the BCSC. He is liable for his comments, and since he is acting in an extension from the Golf course, the golf course is also liable. Stock-houses comment suggest a knowledge that is beyond the market place, and as such should be responsible for those comments. It's time for them to appear in front of the BCSC, with their lawyer.
