Asensio said that Crystallex claims were unsustainable in court. It proved to be accurate despite the companies protestations to the contrary. Those that believed the company lost money. Those that heeded Asensio's warning profited or at least preserved capital.

You will continue to perpetuate those who are in denial's thought that because of the 1989 judgement that he must be lying now, in order to cover. I have seen time and again how people who have made that decision have ended up: poorer. Perhaps Asensio is every nasty thing that you claim. Perhaps it is just pure manipulation that causes the stocks to fall. Perhaps Asensio himself bribed the Supreme Court of Venezuela in order to be right. Perhaps he slipped into the Solv Ex plant at night, and ruined their machinery. Perhaps he called the Ergobuilt customers and promised to subsidize their purchases of competitors equipment. Perhaps he bribed the courts in California to enjoin Avant!'s ArcCell product. Perhaps he has personally caused the downfall of each of the companies which he has issued strong sell recs. It is more likely though, that he is correctly identifying overpriced and in fact fraudulent situations and allowing the time to take care of it. But still, if all the above claims were true, why would anyone then leave their money in an Asensio sell rec?

The point of investing in the stock market is to make money though. On the TRBD thread today, you said "I am just pointing out the fat
roach eating your money"
. The effect of your posting may be to cause some emotional person to leave their money in a highly risky proposition, when he could have taken the money off the table, so the roach couldn't eat it. But in the end, the money is gone. Just like the money of those who did not heed his warning concerning Crystallex. It does not matter in the end where or why the money disappeared, only that it did.

It is my opinion that it is more likely than not that he will also be proven correct about ZONA, in the fullness of time.
