Webs: I have been tracking the correlation of these to
the exchange indeces since May, they are not perfectly
correlated (possibly due to the stock mixes being different
than the indexes - I don't have NAV records). They are
traded like closed end funds and handled by sticky fingers
on the AMEX, (high buy/sell spread). The prospectus claims
a small difference from NAV but the web entry price has risen
relative to the relevant index in the last few months. Today's
Japan web (EWJ) went up 4+% even though the Nikkei(^N225) was flat. Yesterday's europe web did not anticipate a 3% correction there, though.
