Does anyone know if the SEC usually lets it be known prior to the day that your suppose to start trading again if you will be allowed to trade or not, or is it always a secret till the last day? Major Tom

The odds aren't looking very good. I only see one way out at this point, and that would be another merger or something. But who knows.
