The float is only 7 million shares with 4 million closely held by insiders.

Alexander Hoffman was brought in for two reasons. Along with his team of engineers (I think about a year ago)he was hired to oversee completion of the "decaffeinator basket".
In addition,he brings with him his knowledge and experience in the beverage industry (former CEO of YOOHOO- a whole other story of growing a company from nothing).

I'm hoping that within a week or two IMSO will take to the road with demonstrations of their process. From what I'm hearing the first stop will be NYC for some potentially huge investors hosted by their Investment Bankers. Following that there are plans for a 21 Club bash with all trade journal and mainstream media present.

Definitely worth a look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CORRECTION !!!!
I was a little cross-eyed on Wed. The total outstanding shares are only 7.5 million. I believe 4 million of those are held by insiders.
I just wanted to clarify total outstanding and what was in float.

Good Luck!! Let me know if you hear anything about the progress of this company.

If you ever need any information on IMSO call a gentleman named John Mcgill at 860-739-8967.

I have been following this company very closely for the past three and a half years. From what I can gather from the brokers I.R.people and Hoffman himself, Imsco is on the verge of closing a huge deal with a major appliance company. One can only speculate who. If the testing goes as planned at Arthur D. Little there should be some blockbuster announcements.

We'll just have to sit back and wait.
