Acer Begins Mass Production of DVD -RAM 08/05/98 Comline Daily News Electronics COMLINE NEWS SERVICE (Copyright 1998) Aspiring to meet the market demand for high capacity storage on the heels of the manual issued by the DVD Forum on DVD -RAM specifications, Acer Co. has developed and begun mass producing a rewritable DVD -RAM with 2.6GB storage capacity. Mass production of the DVD -RAM, which has begun to exceed that of Acer's DVD -ROM, began in July, and the product is expected to hit the market in September at US$790. The company expects a major growth in the DVD -RAM market within the next two years.

Hey! I was an Innovacom bear too ... why does Nadalin get all the credit for calling that one :) -Bill, searching for some validation with all his stocks tanking with the market.

" Nadalin is fully vindicated " I hate to burst your bubble peter,but I know that poor David watched CUBE tank from 72 down to 15 just like everybody else. As a matter of fact CUBE is near its 52 week low.Vindication----I dont think so....With all the news an wins CUBE has announced in the last 24 months and for its stock to be trading at its low is amazing.I consider this to be a daytraders stock,although their prospects are quite good going forward. I usually am the buy and hold type,but this stock is DEFINITELY worth trading between 16-20.Just a thought and good luck. Alex
