To the best of my knowledge, the company is not in trouble at all. On the contrary, I hear that they are a dominant force in North America in their field of specialty. Their annual report and financial fact sheet looks good.

The latest rumour I heard was that a couple of very big and cash-rich companies are interested in buying STY to expand their specialty world-wide.

I bought a few thousand at a relatively low price. I always expect to see the stock go through the roof at some point but instead it peaks around $7.50 and then comes back down. Like you, I have been disappointed and have begun to doubt the on-going rumours also.

I hesitate to sell at this peak though I am always ready to buy more at its lowest point of resistance (around $5.70) with the idea of cashing in later. I will eventually sell all at the highest point of resistance.

STY does have a web site---I forget the URL but a quick search should find it no problem.

If you have any information about the sell-off of parts of this company, by all means let us know.

best regards
