IMO, GPGI has followed the same development path as your wheel analogy. I say that enough time has been spent in the lab trying to figure out why the wheel turns, let's turn this technology (even in this infantile state) over to the production department so they can strap a train to this wheel and go somewhere...like straight to the AZDOM and dump PGMs all over their doorstep!! I hope AZ state workers have a pension plan or some other safety net to fall back on. The way I see it, by the time the governor and Engineer Jack park the train, the state payroll should be well within the 1999 budget.
