Mr. Berry, Again you have done a masterful job of playing with semantics and attempting to CYA now from potential litigation and possible Federal charges stock manipulation. I have asked you this question many times and have never ever received a viable response. You have stated your position multiple times... all negative TSIG. Would you, once and for all, please advice this forum why you, who are so busy and who quite obviously does not care for TSIG as a company, devote such an inordinate amount of time to posting here? It's a simple question that requires only a simple answer. You refuse to call the company and Rob Gordon directly inferring that they will not tell you the truth. You demand a CC, but now that it is scheduled, you are unavailable. And, using your logic, why would the commentary made on a CC be any more valid than your direct call? Just some more fuel for you to use after the CC? That is in plain English. You keep harping on the issue. You keep raising the question about why TSIG would pay CCI of Nevada and Darrel Piercy. Knowing all the time that TSIG's obligations goes to CCI of Delaware, TSIG's subsidiary. You can mince words.
