Who needs Thunder Mountain?

I'm nauseous from this roller coaster ride I've watched all day long.

What does everyone think about today's action?
The last sell-off prior to the rebound was really beginning to look serious. Note, if you will, that the "high flyers" were really getting pounded. Dell was as low as 98 (!) and AOL was down more than 13 points at one point.

In all this, though, I sat in disbelief as I saw AAPL move--nowhere. In fact, at the very heart of the downturn, AAPL even made some half-hearted attempts UPWARD!!!

It's finish exactly at the high for the day on unbelievable volume screams further upward movement for tomorrow. . .

The technicals are still bad on the market, but they have been for much of the upward movement the past few months. Therefore, I don't think they will prevent us from experiencing a tradable rally in the big caps (along with AAPL tagging along).

Given an opportunity tomorrow, I'm prepared repurchase my options at a minor loss. Please, though, no gapping tomorrow. I'm already full of crow as it is. :-(
