I have a few comments to make :

1) If Nina reads this board, I can't imagine her wanting to answer some of the poster's 50 e-mail request. The only thing funny about what is going on on this board right now is to see the meaningful posts like Dias as islands of sanity in the loony bin malaise.

2) Presuming the company is in discussions with several pharmacuticals , investment houses, etc. They would be wise to keep everything totally secret as they are apparently doing.

3) In respect to the EC approval. Does anyone remember that Vivus did not have the product to sell even to Sweden just a few weeks ago???? Could it be that part of the reason they sought the approvals in the manner they did was to have actual product to sell when approved?

4) It is difficult to wait. I am having the same problem. But the company timetable was by the end of the year. We can hold our collective breaths until we turn blue but it won't change the direction being taken. I do not believe we have the inside information needed to determine the correct timetable.

5) The questions I asked Nina pertain to the Q3 analysis. I think they are ones she can respond to at least in approximate terms assuming she is speaking to anyone associated with SI
