De-Javu (?)

The Montgomery Theory does not fit today's selling off well.

Is it possible that the executives of IgT decide to cash out their holding of PMCS (to start a new business?) and dumped ten of thousands shares of PMCS in a panic with today's market condition, which leads to the crash?

This, at least, happened more than a year ago. The executives of TTL (?), which was bought by PMCS, cashed out all their holding and caused PMCS share price dropping from 20 to 14 without any news for two days.

Of course, the remaining is the history.
