Not that I'm Bailing on "The DELL ship" story ....but I had an interesting few beers with a systems integrator over the weekend from Inacom (ICO). He says there is a backlash aginst DELL from the service/install sectors currently underway. The reason being that they are using divisions of their competitors to install DELL machines for corporate buyers......so either they'll have to purchase a good service division or face continued back lash. Not that this is very new...but I thought this was not a big problem, now it seems that it is.
