Looking at the chart COMS should hit a new 52 week low some time this month. As it can't sustain a price over 25.

If you want to go long wait until it hit 15-18...short term target within 2-3 months...ugly chart and bad revenue growth. This company is in trouble.

Victor,

when did they change the rule?

It was proposed shortly after the October 97 mini-crash. The actual
implementation was more recent, not sure exactly when.

are you a little more into stochastic and candles now?

No, I'm still mostly a fundamentalist.

would you long coms again?

I haven't looked at it for a long time. I think that their Price/
Sales is pretty low, but if there is no revenue growth, it's
probably not low enough to make it a real value. I wouldn't be
putting new money into the market right now anyway, the internals
are terrible (okay maybe I pay a little attention to non-fundamental
factors :) )
