Maybe he wanted to buy his wife a anniversary band, a new car, maybe he needed to upgrade his plumbing or wanted to pay off a chunck of his mortgage...who knows. But I agree the event was insignificant.

What you need to know is how many B-Class shares he has. I believe the 10,000 shares of A-Class are a "drop in the bucket."

Peter does take a salary. However, if you look at his life style (established while at National Semi), what he is taking is not enough to support that life style (its hard to go backwards). Hence his occasional sell.
