Lakers,

This is perhaps the 150th message I've gotten that's wanted to know who I am, what I do, where I live, and so on. So instead of responding privately as I usually have done, why don't I just respond publicly and save myself the hassle of PMing everyone else.

First, you are very correct. The penny boards, and for that matter many of the other boards as well, are full of promoters, hypesters, hump-pump-n-dumpers, and MMs. One can never fully trust anyone on these boards. I know I don't. So take everything with a grain of salt and verify as much as you can. One should especially be weary of those that do dominate threads, as these types seem more likely to fit the suspicious mold of those mentioned above. Though I do not seek to dominate this thread, I suppose because I have taken the time to do the most comprehensive DD on MPTV, provide updates on the information I have received in my conversations with whatever contacts I have, and am also the one who frequently answers most of the questions presented to the thread, that I am open to suspicion. I don't know what to say other than I only fill these roles because no one else does. The only reason I started the new thread was because Mike Dion didn't respond to my numerous requests to update the header of the old MPTV thread. To make it clear, I am not a broker, an MM nor a promoter (paid or not). I have never received any form of compensation from the companies I have invested in, other than that which comes with making purchases on the open market. I have no connection to MPTV in any way, shape or form, other than being a shareholder.

Second, if you are interested in this stock, it should be because you feel there is potential here and are confident of the research you yourself have done, rather than because of anything I have written. SI is a wonderful place to meet people and share DD, but any investor who relies solely on another's DD is a fool (this isn't meant at you directly, so don't take offense). In whatever DD I have posted, I have always tried to give a web page link, a telephone number or an address to somehow substantiate what I have said and give others the opportunity to independently verify the information for themselves. I challenge anyone to show me a post where I have told others to buy. You won't find any because I do not give out investment advice. I also challenge anyone to show me a post where I have even mentioned MPTV on another thread. You won't find any because I refuse to even allow the glimmering possibility that I am hyping MPTV. Everything I post is strictly limited to the MPTV threads. This is not to say that I find anything wrong with giving a heads up or mentioning MPTV on the other threads, its just that considering the amount of time and effort I've put into this one, it would quickly and easily be misconstrued. So I don't even bother. Further, I believe the stock will carry its own weight in good time, otherwise I wouldn't even be here. That's one thing I've learned in the pennies, you can't keep it down if it's for real. In the end, all the MM games holding it down and hypester crap pushing it up mean very little.

Third, I have left my profile blank on purpose for two reasons. The first reason is that I don't believe anything anyone posts in their profiles. There is no real way to verify what they have written. The way I gauge others is by how they present themselves and what they post over a period of time. I believe it is a more accurate representation of their interests and motives. The second reason is because I do not wish to reveal my identity. Plain and simple. The primary reason for this is that I am employed in the legal/financial field and do not want to risk clouding the fine line between personal and professional opinions. It's not that I am posting wildly speculative comments, it's just that I don't want to take the chance of having someone misconstrue anything I write as being any type of endorsement (again, this isn't directed at you). Plus, I like the opportunity of just being an average Joe. So take it for what it's worth. As for my investment strategy, I break it down into three general areas: blue chips, small-caps and penny stocks. For the time being, my posts on SI will focus on the pennies I follow because I find them to be interesting and exponentially most lucrative. I rode the wave with ICVI since .05 and PLFM since .06, and made very nice returns. I've also been burned, most recently with CVIA (which I am still holding on to). Currently, I have made it known (through my posts) that I have recently taken positions in WINR (will revolutionize internet gambling) and also in IKAR (Tajikistan mine worth potentially over a billion dollars over its life). So you can see I invest on the basis of potential, and that's what initially attracted me to MPTV.

Other than this, I don't know what to say. I hope this answers your questions.
