Hello Mark! What will bring buyers back into small-cap hi-techs? Earnings consistancy is not there so some will shine for just a while before dropping dead as larger tech-companies will attack their turf. Only a few end up like DELL or CSCO. Many end up like RMDY, SDTI, .....

Looks like CSCO, YHOO, & DELL are heading toward their 50 dma.
