Hi, everybody.

I also INCLuded it on my shortlist. If you are interested, I did some analysis on recent price movement and the convertible, registration of new shares. See "broken stocks".

I think the buyout story is crap. It sounds somehow phoney. I also have seen the 379k block and some 100k s. Interestingly the 379k what changed to "379.900" later on, according to reuters tradelog. Seemingly noone went on market ask at this time.

If the buyout story is good, it will be kept and when released, together with a trading halt. Lurking it to some more informed investors is illicit, unfair to the market and, for my opionion highly suspect to be error prone.

Examples, if you like:

bis.dowjones.com is the story about the talks. "Sources told Dow Jones Tuesday that Guidant Corp. and Medtronic Inc. are believed to have submitted bids to Redmond, Wash.-based InControl (INCL). A deal could be announced as early as this week, the sources said. "

(StockRumors, sic.)

The yahoo board is full of msg about a maybe takeover. And anger that the price is 6 not 8 or more.

I only shorted a little position. Same price. But if it climbs it wont burn me and I can short more.
