Most business owners that control a public company are
not your "average American".

Most of those original owners received warrants,
options and sold inflated stock through the
help of their friendly inv.banker. They'll survive during
the downturn if they stick to businesses they know. Otherwise
the economy will flush them out.

OTHO think about this:
What if the market is right about the valuation?! In other
words, it's their illiquid assets that are overvalued during
a recession/deflation/depression? In that case today's stock price
may be above the "discounted value" of the assets on the book.

Good luck to you.
