NM,
I asked about that 6 or 8 months ago and I got the same answer as you did. I honestly believe these guys will do there dead level best to avoid hurting the share holder. This comes from having talked to Bob so many times. Just plain hard working and doing every thing they can to put every thing together in a honest straight forward manner. They have a lot of bases to cover at present. Basically a 2 man management team that have worked together for more than 10 years.
IMO > No reverse split. They will survive and once the process gets some recognition and stamp of approval (EPA), watch out cause it will go. If I had another 3 grand laying around I would buy another 100,000. But it's a long hold. I figure about a year for $1.00 to $2.00 share price.IMO of course. Most people are not willing to hold that long, especially in BB OTC.

Nite-Man,

You bring up very good question. I would appreciate comments. I have been holding this company for quit a while, so you can imagine I'm deep in red. I like the company but not sure if I should average down now or wait and see if there a reverse split.
I base my reverse split suspicions on the assumption that there are now out of shares to sell.
If anybody has information or opinion please post.

Best Regards,
