(BB:HNLY) as previously reported has engaged Lazar Levine & Felix LLP to audit its financial statements as of and for the year ended March 31, 1998. Lazar Levine & Felix LLP whose main office is at 350 Fifth Avenue, New York City expects to complete its audit by Aug. 25, 1998 so that Henley will be able to file its 10-KSB (annual report) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. ************************************************************** I still believe in them, still holding and I am sure it will reach $2 this year.
