Still can't figure out what CHIF has to do with TNRG. As far as I know they are two totally different companies. The only thing they have in common is Tilton. Just because one company may be in trouble doesn't mean the other one is necessarily. Are you trying to say he issued stock in CHIF in order to pay for auditors to do the financials for TNRG? Last time I heard he was canceling shares in TNRG. I think you may be on the wrong thread. Your whole post was about CHIF and then at the end you say the truth should come out about TNRG. I just don't see your point.
