Was told by someone who ran a Kidder office when Ralph worked there and he was chuckling as he told me his nickname used to be Ralph "Can..make..you..poorer" for all his bad calls back then

This guy is worse than a politician. He saw which way the wind was blowing and fanned the flames. If the market does go down he will be immortalized a la Elaine Garzarelli. Ridiculous.
