CNBC's Bob Pissnnani reports from the NYSE:

"There are a lot of BUY on close orders being made"

I don't know whether or not CPQ is involved ... HOPE so

CGARCIA....... I can't say that I haven't done that before, but it won't happen with CPQ. I have bought 500-1000 shares on every dip and, although I did sell some shares a while back(at a profit, believe it or not), I have rebuilt my holdings back to 28k shares. As I have stated on this board several times over the last year, I intend to make $$$ on this stock, even if I have to grow a long gray beard as I wait. Unfortunately, unless I rob a bank, I will not be able to buy more on a major dip. Therefore, in the event it drops below 30, my only option will be to crawl back out onto the basement window ledge. Not that I want another war mind you, but I wonder how the market would react if due to the latest tactics of Saddam, we started dropping a few more bombs on him? Let's face it, throughout history there's been no better "quick fix" for the market than a war or 2!
