Mark,Semis are holding nicely in this market. Ibis very strong up 1 15/16 close to your target (14.5). What is your take on the Dow ? I feel we may see 8000 soon but the bulls were stronger today.

Mark,

One must remember that the trend is still down here and recent strength has not moved above the trend line in my opinion. While I feel that the market will rally, I must see relative strength and I have not seen it. I have seen sector strength and have seen traders groping for strength, I have not seen any real change in the trend which is negative.

I am still with a negative bias here!
