Hi everyone. I'm back into some AAPL options (Sep 35s) after selling off all my holding in order to put a down payment on a house. That, a demanding new job, and the several thousand posts of the last few weeks have kept me silent, but I've been watching AAPL's upward curve with as big a smile as everyone.

And hey, it's good to see Alomex and Phil still slugging it out. All is well, or at least normal, on the ol' SI Apple thread.

Well suppose I have to give credit to Phillips optimism giving the surprising performance of Apple today, although I still disagree with a lot of what he has to say. As I say, the performance was kind of surprising. We had that one rumor denied by an unattributable source that IBM was thinking of buying Sun. Anyone have any clue of why that might have something to do with Apple. Just speculating but based on Apple's past performance during this latest mess, today seems anomalous to me. Rich
