I.N.Vester: Hmmmmm....so if I'm reading you correctly this agreement amounts to a loaded gun held by the arbiter and pointed squarely at VLNC's stock price? Heh! Kind'a sort'a like "Okay, I'm holding the wife, kids and stock hostage in return for my purchase monies, and should you fail to deliver on those milestones.....BAMMM! We shoot the stock and keep the wife and kids?" If this is an accurate statement then this implies one of two things. VLNC is highly confident in attaining those p.o.'s, or they've been meaning to divorce the wife and kids, and this is a convenient way to do it. Hmmmmmm.....me thinks the former assumption is the correct one. ;-) Bottom line? Clearly I've got to wade through the entire 8K to make sure I understand it. Jeeez, and I thought I used parenthetical commentary too much. John~
