Taking today's closing price of 13/16 and the outstanding amount of preferred stock of $108,885,000 according to the latest S-3/A, with a 15% discount upon conversion, you get 157,661,538 shares from conversion alone.

(see www4.techstocks.com for more information.)

That assumes that all $108M worth of preferred has yet to convert. Based on the recent decline in the share price, however I suspect that some new shares have hit the market recently. The volume has certainly been up, and I don't know of any recent bad news.

Thanks for the correction and the work youv'e done on the calculations. I think that now, yes it definately is a moot point. I am wondering if anyone has any data on store sales. Is it bad for the industry or specific to syqt. I think iom is a great short idea. Look for a blip up to short.
