C.Lawrence,
All I can suggest is that you call, ask and see what kind of answer you get. Maybe you can make a better determination. I would appreciate it if you would.

Lawrence,

For whatever you may consider it is worth, this was posted yesterday shortly after my post on the call to Dinning.

Jim,
I just got off the phone with Bob myself and he confirmed everything
that you wrote. I asked the question about a possible reverse split and he said that nothing was on the table right now to do this. They have gotten shareholder approval for the increase in authorized shares to 100MM. The only reason they would reverse split is to make the
outstanding shares tighter. Now that they have 50MM more shares, they
don't need to role back for the purpose of having more shares to issue.
He did state that if they did decide to do this in the future, that it
would have to be at a time when there was positive interest in the
stock, so that the increased share price would be sustained. IMO, the
funding commitment is not dependent on a reverse split. I think it will be a combination of equity issues and debt. What is your feeling about how the stock will fair in the next few months? It looked like there was a little buying pressure today, but the stock didn't move too much. I guess MMs are heavily short on this one and want to keep it low. I would think that they would have to cover soon, this stock can't go much lower, and IMO, does not deserve to go any lower. What do you think the fair value of this stock is now based on potential? What are your 3-6-12 month projections?
Hope to hear from anyone.

Mike
