Steve, re. CPTL, yep, the fact that they got loads of nonconvertible debt financing with the help of no less than Goldman Sachs, that says it all ... this puppy isn't going to run out of cash. Lucky it worked out so that you got out with only a 1/32 loss. There might still be a reason not to own, or even to short the stock, but betting on BK isn't it.

If only another Teletek or MCCI would come along.
