Agreed, and even at half that (100MM)

On paper and on the otc:bb are separate issues.
The reality of otc:bb stocks is more of a head thing then an asset thing.

The company would only need a value of about 10.5 Mill to be worth
.18 cents. Thats .18 divided by 1.5 X 89 mill shares.
