Dan, Mr. Wexler is not in the habit of seriously answering serious questions posed to him. Instead, he is slandering companies for his own personal gain. This is an illegal practice.

What is it that you don't understand?

1) Read management's discussion in the 10-Ks and press releases (also the 8-Ks).

2) Perform due diligence on the company. That means making a lot of phone calls and hard research.

3) Compare the results of your research to #1.

After I did the above, I came to the conclusion that the stock was fraudulently promoted.
