It's official: Blood is in the Street:

15:23 ET Blood In the Streets: Dow -122, Nasdaq -33, S&P -15. DELL -6, MSFT -3/4, ASND -3, TLAB -5, CIEN -5, AOL -11 1/2, AMZN -8 1/2, YHOO -5 1/2, XCIT -3 1/4, CNWK -3 1/4, OZEMY -2 3/4. While there is considerable carnage in the Internets, it's almost as bad in the oilfield drilling/services group, despite many of these stocks already trading 65%-70% off their 52-week highs. Of the 50 stocks in this group that we track, approx. 75% of them setting new lows today's. Dow has broken through the 8400 level and is trading more than 200 pts off highs of the day.
