I remember that Nevada Corporate web page and the Mark Towe bit but not much else really. Oh, I remember a lot of CONTINUAL, INCESSANT innuendo and twisted rhetoric. I do not once remember ANY attempt to have a SINGLE constructive conversation with any long on this thread. Janice has made that attempt a few times I will grant HER that. But you have not. You have always failed to grasp this nuance. And evidently still do. If I were to come to someone with what I thought was constructive information (albiet negative) about a company I would not take the tactic you and yours have taken. So save the "I have shared what I have found on my own freely" crap for someone who is stupid enough to believe it. You, dear sir, have never once had the investors in this company's best interest at heart. I should not be engaging you in this manner but I really do not care. Can not do any harm now. Say what you wish (positive or negative) but save us the "we did it for your own good" bit. Tell you what, I will believe you have our best interest at heart if you and all of yours can say right now that if the SEC finds no problem w/ the current management of MTEI and trading resumes, you will go away. Make that public statement and we will believe you. I have made the counter statement several times and will stand by my post. Will you? Eric

If "YOU" feel that way....being the "impartial and objective person that you are"....just imagine what "we" as shareholders feel about all this. I don't see any of us that are still here acting as"cheerleaders" any longer........maybe just some kind words here and there for the others that are scared sh*tless right now.....that's all. Anything wrong with that...in your mind? We're gonna be OK - or we're NOT gonna be OK........a little bit more time is needed to tell where we're headed with this. If someone like you wants to share information with us........it would be much more easily digested if you were to show a little bit of the "regular guy attitude" rather than the "arrogance" that you have shown here. Plain and simple...no one likes arragance and a "know it all " attitude.......and that's how you have presented yourself....in nearly every post here. As always.......hoping for the best for all of us. Tina
