Well, market cap is determined by stock price and not whatever cash and/or agreements they get from a settlement. If they get any sizable percentage of their claim, the stock will soar through the roof. For example, if they were ever to get even $50 million (1/2 of suit which is still very unlikely), the stock would be trading at around 2x cash ... so obviously the stock price would go up significantly.

I would imagine a settlement for continuation of the license and/or a cash reimbursement at a premium to what they spent to get the license.
