Here is some additional info from an e-mail from JPR.

1. Do you have IRA accounts available? If so, with a regular margin account and an IRA account, would I have two monthly data charges?

"We do have IRA accounts available. Whether you had two, four, or six accounts, you would only have one monthly data fee."

2. What are you margin requirements in regards to daytrading, specifically in an IRA, can I trade through my net worth several times per day if I don't carry an overnight position?

"In an IRA you can trade up to the value of your account once a day.E.G.,if you have $50,000.00 in your IRA, you can trade up to $50,000 once a day.If you buy $51,000 you will create a fed call, which is illegal in an IRA. This is true whether you carry an overnight position or not."

3. If I choose to position trade rather than actively daytrade is my account still "welcome"?

"You are paying the software costs, so if you do one trade a day or fifty, your business is welcome."

4. Your commissions and fees are considerably lower than your competition, is there any area where quality or services are lower? (ie. how do ya do it?)

" We believe the quality and the service is the very best. Our prices are low for two reasons. A) You the trader are paying for the bulk of the fixed costs. 2)
If our prices are low, it is easier for the trader to make money, the more money you make, the better client you will be."

5. Do you allow all options for order routing? - arca, selectnet, soes, etc- or are you limited to arca?

"Currently we do not allow option trading. WE have SOES, Selectnet, Island and listed(DOT) trading available. ARCA is not currently available but should be soon."
