<<Point me in the right direction>>

I already did. I recommended shorting the TAVA fraud when it was trading over 10 a share. It has now been cut in half.

<<I need to understand this fraud for myself.>>

Simple. The company has no real assets, no unique technology, a terrible earnings record. It generates a load of press releases to capitalize on Y2K hysteria, and makes misleading representations regarding potential Y2K revenue. The stock is artificially inflated and owners of the convertibles flip their shares.
