Calvin...In the petition for Chapter 11, CAI listed assets of $325.6 million and liabilities of $387.3 million. If Zorro and his MDS licensee contact are correct, and I would bet on Zorro being correct, and assets are really worth $700 million to $1 billion when correct values of the MMDS spectrum rights are used, then common stock shareholders should have been allowed to vote on the petition for Chapter 11!! JA knew this, and did not want common stock shareholders to vote, so did he purposely undervalue the MMDS spectrum rights?

This question being raised by Zorro could very well cause the Judge not to rule in CAI's favor! If the Judge rules that common stock shareholders must be given compensation in Chapter 11, then maybe you will be able to regain some of your $40,000. I hope so.

I too have enjoyed sharing thoughts with those bright young individuals that you mentioned.
