Hi Bonnie, Re: REITs

I also can not believe what I am seeing with the REITS. One of the REITs I know well, FR, is trading below book value. This sector is starting to look like the biotech sector.

What do you mean by forcing REITs to buy back their stock. Most of them send their cash to the shareholders each quarter.

Joan

Bonnie, very interesting. We need the talking heads to stress FA & that TA is witchcraft for a while - and back it up with bucks. I'm a believer now - TA certainly rules. In fact it seems to have been adopted so extensively, it's driving anything without constant new money into the dirt. If the talking heads don't start a convincing FA rotation soon - the amount of money that may become unrecoverable is horrifying IMO.

Bonnie - Thanks (and to Joan) for calling that (AVB,MHX,FR) to our
attention. It's enough to set off an alarm bell - as if there weren't
enough going off already.
