Convertables are bad news. Very bad. Period. Floorless makes them worse, if that's the case, although I can't recall using that term with DIXS. IT IS DILUTIVE ! Period. Floorless or not. Facts are facts. The presence of such instruments will, keep a lid on any significant advance in the price. Think about it, a deb is worth X(the initial investment) + interest. Don't accuse me of screaming chicken little because this is bad news. Period. Just because I post a commentary that you do not like well,, TFB. Truth is truth and facts are facts. Go ahead, flame me. But before you do, prove what I have said is wrong. The truth is that many if not most, do not understand what a convertable deb is. I have posted honest and verifiable DD. I do not recall advising any one to sell or buy, so be very, very careful of the words you use. Advising to sell or buy a stock is not legal w/o a license and I have not done that. Post all you want. It will be meaningless unless the SEC filing backs it up. Talk to the company all you want. It is as meaningful as all of the other calls that said financials will be done in ____. IF not in black and white it does not exist. What do we have in black and white ? Convertable Debentures, many, not most, and definatley not all, converted, and some weak press releases. We have been suckered, u, me, TM, Tariq etc.
