Just felt a need to thank all of you who keep on digging, and digging, and then sharing and sharing. Keep up the good work. George E.

1231912 Ontario and Overseas Communications have or had according to the post from earlier today James 1,532,500 and 1,201,500 respectively, and as of your information today on the 21,105,032 shares of DCTC issued and outstanding then they represent 7.26% and 5.69% of the shares of DCTC, thusly they need to file a 13G for those shares. Do you know or can we find if there are any such filings from these or for that matter any other holder besides Whyteberg that has more than 1.2 million shares or more. I am searching Edgar and cannot find any. if one entity owns more than 5% of a company they are required to file.

<<<<It didn't look today to me like any of the MM's had any inventory to move at the levels we traded today>>>>

JHA,

Apparently not. All in all, the trading was very unusual. I have watched the trading in this stock for three years but I have never seen one like today. I don't have the log in front of me but the MM's must have moved the ask up 4 times on a net of 4000 shares at the ask with a total volume of 25000 shares. I remember the days when the price hit $5.00 and started declining on what we thought were buys. But we soon found out that just because we see a trade at the ask does not guarantee it to be a buy. I just have feeling today was the prelude to something but I don't have the foggiest as to what. George B., I wonder what ol Blue Eyes would say if he saw todays log.

Best Regards
