Dave, Looking at the chart going back to late '92, a share price of $1.50 has marked major bottoms. I continue to think the $2.00 a share book value will act as an "attractor" to the stock price, given the stalled revenue growth and erratic earnings. On a price-to-sales basis, Odwalla (ODWA) is trading almost 3x Fresh Juice. An Odwalla buyout of FRSH, say around $4.00 a share, should be quite satisfactory to both parties. :) John
