Re: an upgrade coming soon.

Upgrade by who? No one covers EGGS. Could get one of those "Initiates coverage with a XXX" thingys. Might be good for $2.

<<Compare this stock to onsale right now, and this stock is a bargain>>

In what way does EGGS come out as a bargain when compared with (fill in the blank)? Notice I'm not directly referring to your comment regarding CONSL, because I'm really trying to get your feeling for how you value a stock, rather than saying that since ONSL has p/s or p/b or...... that EGGS should be valued higher. That sort of comparison more likely shows that ONSL (or AMZN or any of the others) is overpriced rather than that EGGS is underpriced.

Each company has certain unique factors (ONSL is remarkably productive when you look at revenue per employee, for example, and EGGS has significant prior history selling computers and has name recognition) that make it worth more or less than others at a fundamental level. Short-term, I agree with you about the current environment causing people to ignore news (unless it's bad news). Long-term, if EGGS keeps performing well, should have no problem reaching the 20s, based solely on the performance of the company, not on news releases. The most recent Q was neither encouraging nor discouraging to me. It's too soon to tell if EGGS new strategy is working. By year end we'll have a much better picture, and so will the analysts.

Good luck!!
