Geez, the PR sounds pretty good, except for that pesky little problem of whether or not there is gold in Franklin Lake.

Kim: This press release can best be summed up as follows: "Chock full o'nothin'". Tells me nothing I did not already know, and gives me no comfort. Contains a lot of lawyer weasel language like "continue to scrutinize" Says operating experience is a strength? Operating what? Why doesn't he answer the real concerns?

When does Ledoux expect to make a report? Why has the company not already completed the "scrutiny?" What is the company doing to stem the "burn rate"? When is the report due from Russell? I'm sure you've read my previous posts.

Bottom line is SSDD (same sh**, different day). JLA

Thanks for your, as always, illuminating posts, Kim. I know you don't have to keep us informed, but it is appreciated.

Your comments reassured me that increasing my Naxos position by over 100%, at these extremely cheap prices, is the correct thing to do. I think this move will work out, one way or the other. However, I fully accept responsibility for however it plays out.

Thanks, again, for adding some real substance to the thread.

Sid Kemp: "It has been an exciting yet fruitful time." Yeah, if you're short the stock since he took over!!! LOL. JLA

Sense "the company is committed to ascertaining the truth with conventional means by the standard practice in the mining industry". what happen to Venezuela? Didn't John Norton run that operation and wasn't that conventional enough for his expertise? Why is there no mention of any results? or Venezuela at all? Then again what happen to Dease Creek, Shumway Lake in British Columbia aren't those conventional enough? or is it the same old game out ot sight out of mine ? I know it was just an oversight ? Ya, Right...
I 'm sure there is no problem ,because the CPM group," after thorough due diligence" is particularly impressed by" our operating experience" and our impressive accomplishment in hiring qualified technical professionals" Again I hate to ask about our experiences with past, present, and try to predict the future with CPM
Franklin Lake was never a conventional mine!!! The only way to prove it out is through chemistry not the ordinary conventional means.Ledoux understood this and over the years worked with the chemical, time, and temperature problems. How can you "scrutinize the analysis of Ledoux and not question the procedures from Alfred H. Knight and Rocky Mountain Geochemical. What experiences do they have with lake beds? Something doesn't smell right!!!
