Ron,

Well, you can look at the bright side,
if they don't extend the "B" warrants,
at least it shows that they want to
take care of the common stock. Plus,
you can keep yourself warm this year
with the "B"s in the fireplace.

I myself am looking for the bottom. I
think we will see it soon but I'm
waiting until the last disgrunt has
sold at about 1 1/2 or so...
