David, in regard to..."Even now,he still doesn't get it".... He gets it alright, he just doesn't care. It's not about the shareholders it's not even about the company it is simply about his ego. Infact it would seem that the company is simply a vehicle for his ego and thats about it. Keep in mind this technology was not founded by Rene it is not his child so to speak. The quicker the SEC steps in the better. These people must be held accountable for their deception..... Scott
