You guys still don't get it or you continue to simply close your eyes. You can hold your breath but it simply ain't happenin'. Everybody kept telling me old news, old news, but the news has never changed. No money No contracts that are collectible (remember the money that never showed in June, well now its August and its still not here). Wait till the next contract is due, that money isn't coming either. Sorry to burst your bubble but infrastructure takes money which they don't have and that's right they have already issued all of the authorized shares and raised little to no money. So for those of you who continue to think that things will happen on a wing and a prayer. Good Luck! That's right keep ignoring the facts. No money, worthless contracts, nothing proprietary, no well never mind, I've said it too many times before. So go ahead and yell at me again. So far everything I told you in June still holds true and has never been controverted. Facts are facts and documents are documents. And press releases are simply that, press releases. Numbers talk.

As far as the exchange - one more time: $4 million in assets $2 million in TANGIBLE net worth $4 stock price SEC peer review audited numbers DGIV: Assets after write-off for uncollectibles - less than $4 million Tangible net worth - negative Stock price - 2 3/4 Accountant - not SEC peer review Last I checked that's 0 for 4 As far as needing PR. Real company's talk with numbers and the real press inspires the buying, not the paid press. Look at the real companies. Show me a real company that pays for PR with what is purported to be very valuable stock. It doesn't exist. Sorry to ruin your day

IMHO, you paint a pretty good picture of what might be going on behind-the-scenes and thus why the silence. Can there be ANY doubt how big IP Telephony will be? NO ONE is putting the all the pieces together like DGIV. Do you really think MONEYed telcos don't have an interest in the contracts DGIV has, especially since they have been unsuccessful themselves? Time-to-market is the name of the game. You either have it or you buy it. A10 doesn't have a clue about IP Telephony market, who the players are, and why DGIV is poised to win. Also, you would have to talk to Jimmy Chin to understand his motives/tactics. I believe Jimmy has turned down VC and other seed money. But, what do I know? I could be totally wrong (and I have been). All I can say is I have a bunch of shares and believe in what Jimmy and DGIV are doing. BTW it is strange to me that A10's whole SI life is centered on DGIV with no posts elsewhere. Why does he spend ALL is his SI life on a stock he doesn't own? Logic does not apply.
