Thall Rehual? <<..The Rahall bill is not the "minimum safety net" to ensure reclamation its
proponents claim it to be. It is an expansive new environmental regulatory scheme for mining on
both public and private lands that totally disregards existing reclamation standards and would
eliminate existing, successful state/federal cooperative agreements governing permitting and
reclamation. All Western governors oppose this needless expansion of federal bureaucracy,..>> Justin O'Verhaul is the director ( I am speculating here!)to hinder rather than help? Bonds are helpfull, if we are as good as our...bond.
Bond.....Chuca Bond. Shaken- not ...stired. Stirred ...not shaken??? ?

Tim,

That looks like a classic case of people fighting what they don't understand. When I was going to Nuclear power School down in Orlando there was a protest organized outside the naval station. Unfortunately we were forbidden from crashing the demonstration while wearing our "SCRAM THE REACTOR IT'S MILLER TIME" T-shirts that one of my friends designed for us. The military really needs to get a sense of humor. Fight it if you can. People still think a reactor can blow up like a nuclear bomb so always consider the mentality of who you are argueing against.
