Raven--It looks like they didn't want to fill in between. I don't think the ask fell below .085 today. If the ask did hit .08, perhaps they filled other limits that were earlier than you.

The orders that went through at seven had to have been sells. If you use limit orders the market makers are not obligated to fill your order. Any limit orders before yours would have priority at the same price. Market Makers are probably going to hold on to as many shares as they can so that they can make some money during the next run-up. My guess is that you'll have to buy very close or at the ask if you want more shares.

Me? I've been concentrating on UIS during this recent slide. I've been buying and shorting UIS successfully for the last two days. Until things become more stable, I'll be using my money to play with stocks that go up and down with the Dow.
